The Fernery has officially launched!

And there’s no better way to launch The Fernery then to create a floral oasis in a dreamy location at Sydney Photography studio.

Creating two gorgeously different wedding settings was the idea…

With our first shoot, we created a lovely ceremony backdrop. Using a soft romantic colour palette drawing inspiration from a whimsical, dreamy bridal setting. We incorporated the colours blush and white, using large-headed roses, peonies and out of this world phalaenopsis orchids, which flowed to the ground. Luscious greenery and golden leaves were mixed in, to add some texture and depth, recreating a romantic garden ceremony. We also tied in a free-flowing bridal bouquet. Again using the beautiful large roses, peonies, orchids and golden leaves to create a whimsical feel. Of course, we had to complete the look with candles and soft rose petals scattered along the floor.

For our second ceremony look, we created a floral oasis arch to frame our model, a perfect setting for any bride and groom We used bright pops of colour, which lifted nicely against the crisp greenery. For this piece, we used vanda orchids, bright peonies, gorgeous carnations, and amazing large-headed roses. These colours really made our model / bride stand out, it was absolutely amazing!

Of course, we couldn’t forget about also creating a beautiful bridal party table setting, these arrangements were wildly romantic, using pastel colour tones.
